Prohibited Content: Do not submit UGC that contains malware, viruses, or any other harmful components. Additionally, do not post spam, advertisements, or any form of solicitation.
Compliance with Laws: All UGC must comply with applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
Moderation and Removal of Content
Stellary reserves the right, but is not obligated, to monitor, review, edit, or remove any UGC at its sole discretion. This includes UGC that violates this Policy, is deemed inappropriate, or may harm Stellary’s reputation or the user experience.
Reporting Violations
If you come across UGC that violates this Policy or you believe it to be inappropriate, please report it to us immediately. Include the following details in your report:
- Description of the UGC in question
- Location of the UGC (e.g., URL)
- Reason for the report

Jurisdiction
This User-Generated Content Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Republic of the Philippines.
