User-Generated Content

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Sites immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any terms and conditions of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Sites will immediately cease.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Sites.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Stellary Process Management Services, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Sites shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in The Republic of the Philippines, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Sites following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
