No Refund Policy

At Stellary, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality services to our clients. However, due to the nature of our services, we have a strict no refund policy. This policy is applicable to all services we provide, including but not limited to:

  • Process Management Consultation
  • Business Core Services, 
  • Business Plan Consultation
  • Copy Writing (Sales, Blog, Articles, Emails, etc.)
  • Data Gathering Forms (Survey, CSAT, etc.)
  • Marketing Plan
  • Static Information Page hosting

Policy Details

  1. No Refunds: All payments made to Stellary for any services provided through our Sites, domains, and channels are non-refundable. This includes situations where the client did not like the service provided or had a change of mind.

  2. Service Commitment: Stellary commits to delivering the agreed-upon service according to the terms outlined at the start of the engagement. We encourage clients to thoroughly review the details of our services before making a purchase.

  3. Changes and Cancellations: If you wish to cancel or change a service, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. While cancellations in this timeframe will be noted, no refunds will be processed. After this period, no changes or cancellations will be accepted.

  4. Exceptional Cases: In exceptional circumstances, Stellary may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion. However, this does not guarantee a refund, and Stellary reserves the right to refuse such requests.

Payment Terms

  • All services must be paid in full before the commencement of the service.
  • Invoices for any ongoing services or additional services requested during the engagement must be paid within the stipulated period mentioned in the invoice.

Acceptance of this Policy

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not make a purchase or request our services.
